Work Process

1. Peeling bananas: The process begins with peeling the banana. With the help of a banana peeling machine, The peels can be effectively removed without damaging the banana pulp.
2. Banana Slicing: The peeled bananas are cut into thin, uniform slices using a slicing machine. Our cutter has smooth surface characteristics, Quick Cutting, Easy cleaning and simple operation, which can save labor and costs.

4. Dehydration: Processed banana slices should be drained, using a dehydrator to remove excess moisture and make it easier to fry them.
5. Frying: Frying time is 2-3 minutes and the frying temperature is 170-180°C. Dried banana slices are fried in oil at controlled temperatures until crisp and golden brown.
6. Seasoned: After frying, The chips can be seasoned with various flavors such as salt, spices or other seasonings. This can be achieved through a star anise seasoning machine.
